ESG Statement

Building a Sustainable Future

At Netis, we are committed to building a sustainable and inclusive future. Our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives reflect practical actions across our operations, employee programs, and responsible technology practices.

Governance

Trust, Sovereignty & Privacy

Packet-based, governed evidence

We support regulated and complex environments with packet-based observability and practical controls:

Agentless collection via mirroring/SPAN (no endpoint agents required)
Privacy-by-default evidence handling, including dynamic slicing on demand, sensitive data filtering, and time-bounded, governed troubleshooting access
Traffic-layer minimization by filtering unnecessary mirrored/SPAN traffic before forwarding to tools
Controlled administration using role-based access control (RBAC) and centralized authentication (e.g., TACACS+/RADIUS)

Ethics and Partner-Ready Standards

We aim to make Netis a reliable partner through consistent governance foundations:

Mandatory ethics/anti-corruption training (onboarding and refresher cadence)
Safety, security, and privacy awareness training (company-wide)
Core governance norms such as a Code of Conduct and supplier expectations

Our Initiatives

ESG in Action

01

Responsible AI & Ethics

We maintain responsible AI governance practices, supported by an external Ethical AI Advisory Board to provide an independent perspective on fairness, accountability, transparency, and ethics.

02

Accessibility & Inclusive Design

We incorporate inclusive design choices in our product experience—for example, using high-contrast blue (normal) and red (alert) status indicators to avoid red/green ambiguity and support users with a common red–green color vision deficiency.

03

Sustainable Software Engineering

We continuously improve efficiency in software and infrastructure choices, optimizing code and architecture to reduce unnecessary compute and operational overhead. Our agentless approach reduces deployment burden—fewer agents running across large server fleets help reduce CPU usage and associated electricity consumption.

04

Environmental Responsibility

We implement office recycling and waste reduction practices (including e-waste collection days and reduced paper/printing) and prioritize greener IT procurement options such as sustainable packaging and device recycling programs via vendors.

05

Travel Reduction Practices

We reduce travel where feasible through role-appropriate remote work options, encouraging public transportation, and minimizing flights when possible.

06

Employee Well-being

We support employee well-being through mental health webinars, wellness/yoga programs, and mindfulness tools, alongside Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) and mental health support resources.

07

Culture of Learning & Inclusion

We invest in continuous learning through internal workshops, manager training, skills budgets, and structured training. We are committed to building a team that reflects the diverse communities we serve across our global markets and to creating an environment where people can grow and contribute.

Netis' ESG initiatives are embedded in how we operate and how we build responsible technology. We will continue to strengthen our practices over time—guided by sustainability, inclusivity, and ethical conduct—to support positive outcomes for our employees, partners, customers, and the communities we serve.
